Pat Aprea is a very nice guy and very congenial to work with. He came to the house, assessed the work we wanted done, and provided an estimate within a couple of days. He worked us into his schedule and began the work within a week or two. He created a payment schedule that included a small down payment then several progress payments based on completing actual units of the work we agreed on (e.g., Payment 1 when siding finished, Payment 2 when pressure washing and painting prep done, Payment 3 when windows and doors replaced, Payment 4 when painting completed, etc.) Then left a $1000 payment at the end so that we could make sure that all work was completed and odds and ends tied up before making the final payment. He and his crew were pleasant to work with, kept in touch about scheduling and other matters, and did really nice work. When they were finished the house looked great and I knew the job was well done.
