Services we offer

Existing and new home inspections, condominiums and town houses. Commercial buildings and office condominiums. Inspection reports are emailed out prior to the next business day. All reports contain photos detailing problem areas. All inspection reports are very detailed and comprehensive. Radon testing with continuous radon monitors.

Jim was on time and spent 3 hours going over the 1900 sq ft home with a fine toothed comb.  At the end of the inspection, he gave us a verbal overview of what he found and followed up with a very detailed, yet easy to read report.  As a first-time home-buyer, I had some questions about the significance of some of the problems he found.  I followed up with him and he spent a good deal of time with me on the phone going over each item.  Jim was very professional, easy to work with, responsive, and kind.  Would highly recommend him.

Jim showed up on time.  Performed a thorough and detailed inspection.   Took the time to explain to me how the heating system worked.  Three hours after he completed the job, I received a nine-page written report by email.  He was polite, professional and friendly.  I definitely would recommend him to anyone requiring inspection services in the Raleigh area.
