The prices are dirt cheap and they are willing to negotiate. The rails for queen be was $49 and came in a box - very easy to install and good quality. The chair was great and they went 25% down on the price. Overall great experience.

After visiting this store several times, we selected a mattress set ($600) and armoire ($100). This outlet has merchandise that changes on a frequent basis, so finding pieces right away is sometimes challenging. The prices are excellent. If you can deal with slight scratches or missing pieces (e.g. - we bought top section of armoire only), then you can get quality new furniture for much less than regular furniture stores. The delivery fee ($50) is reasonable and is standard regardless of the number of pieces you buy (contrary to places like RoomStore). The delivery schedule was packed when we purchased our pieces, so we had to wait a week for delivery, but we were given a date and they delivered the pieces on that date. The furniture is decent. The mattress set was a little dusty and marked up where the plastic wrapping had split, but otherwise fine.
