About us

Over 30 years in business.References upon request. I have been painting in the Raleigh area for 31 years. Before that I sold paint for ten years,so I can customize colors and have a good grasp on the different products. My crew are english speaking and are older & polite. Estimates are free.I do use some subcontactors,but they are former employees and have worked for me for years.Payment is draws made weekly with total due upon completion.

I am very pleased with both of the times that Heyward and crew did interior painting for us. They do excellent, beautiful work. Communications with Heyward were always prompt and easy. I know he will take care of everything: buying the paint, moving and protecting the furniture very carefully, doing great detailed, clean work on the trim and windows, and putting everything back and cleaning up very well. This is not always the case, as I have learned from other painters used as subcontractors on bigger house projects. I was happy with the cost: $855 for a crew of 2-4 men working for 3-1/2 days to repair drywall and plaster, paint two coats on everything in one bedroom, plus touch-up a kitchen ceiling stain, repaint a living room door, repair and repaint a closet door and frame, and clean and scrape the outside of a second-story window that had been dirty for 20+ years. This price included all the paint and materials. Heyward and his men could not be nicer and more pleasant to have around, and they were always prompt. When this big old house needs an outside job, next time we'll call Heyward.
