I had met with two other bathroom tile installers prior to my appointment with Joseph. Joseph surpassed both other candidates in professionalism, experience, and disclosure. After my initial meeting with him, I felt very informed and educated about what work would be done and the choices I had. He also reviewed with me that tile work quotes tend to vary and he thought it important for customers to know how and why they differ so they can make an informed and educated decision about the quality and services they are buying. I really liked the full industry disclosure. He referred me to Best Tile to pick out my new tile and I also received excellent service there as well. I really liked that Joseph did the work, in conjunction with his assistant who was outstanding as well. He was knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, hard working, honest, and had superior quality. His work was done on time, for the exact amount he quoted, and exceeded my expectations for quality of materials and workmanship.
