They came on time.  Work until the job was completed.  

Ishmael was a hard worker - I was impressed he came from West Africa for a better life, learned some trades and has his own business.  Wish a lot more young people had this ambition! 
I confess - it was a groupon that I used so I am not sure of his real prices but I did pay $30 extra for the back stairs. In addition to just getting up the daily grunge accumulation, he got out purple paint our kids had spilled in the bonus room. This was paint I had googled, asked friends via Facebook and bought special products - none of the suggestions or products worked and it had been there a good year.  And now it is gone!  He also shared some of his pre-treat solution with us for the next time we spill paint! 
We only clean carpets every few years but I would definitely call him back!

Ismael, the owner, was awesome! This is the second time we have used him this year (we have two puppies who were being potty trained until recently). Ismael is always responsive with phone calls, punctual, sociable, and works very hard to get the carpets to his satisfaction. In regards to repairing the carpet that the new puppies were chewing, Ismael assisted me in finding a matching color through Home Depot and repaired the carpet to look like new! I would suggest Ismael and his company to others and we will use him again in the future.
