Haynes Photography

The last time we used Hayne's Photography we needed a photo to use on our Holiday Card. Kathi and Mark scheduled it quickly, were totally punctual and within minutes of entering the location and looking around, were able to figure out the perfect setting, colors and lighting. They made it look easy, and we have a beautiful picture.

They did a great job! They took a lot of fun and artistic shots. They took a lot of photos, but during the ceremony and reception Ididn't notice because they were very unobtrusive. The photos look amazing! Would highly recommend them.

Kathi and Mark were flexible and arranged a time that was convenient for us. They had two cameras and thus provided two points of views. Kathi spent a challenging session with our very shy, stubborn Gypsy who would not come out from under the deck. She was able to get several really great shots of all four of our pack. The prints were high quality and absolutely beautiful. Many thanks!!!

I called Kathi at Haynes Photography requesting some headshots for a musical group website. I mentioned in my voice mail that I had a pretty tight deadline for submitting the photos. Kathi returned my call within hours and set up an appointment for the very next day. She and Mark arrived at my house promptly at 10:00am, set up their equipment and zipped through the shoot with efficiency and professionalism. Kathi provided great feedback to get natural facial expressions for the pictures. They allowed me time for a change of clothes for some additional outdoor shots as well.
The proofs were made available later that same day, and the final versions were available for download the following day. The photos look very polished and I'm proud to have mine displayed on a website with other musicians. I highly recommend Haynes Photography.

Neuse River Golden Retriever Rescue is very grateful for all of the fantastic photography that Kathi and Mark provides our organization. In addition to our Gala event, they photograph some of our foster dogs, capturing the essence of their wonderful qualities. Their photos help these dogs get to their forever homes that much sooner.

Everything went great from start to finish. They arrived before the photo shoot to checkout he surroundings and were ready to being when expected, photos were also ready within a few days.

Before the engagement pictures were taken, Kathi spent a great amount of time getting to know my daughter and myself (mother of the bride). She and Mark, a husband and wife team, scoped out locations for the engagement shots and made sure to include the areas of interest that had been expressed to them. The engagement pictures were wonderful. Much more time was spent on the wedding itself as they familarized themselves with the church and reception site (a downtown museum). They wanted a list of must have shots so that nothing would be left out. And it was their suggestion and offer to attend the rehearsal at the church in order to see the lighting at the time of day, meet the wedding planner, get a feel for where the ladies would be and where the men would be, and get to recognize the wedding party and family members. They also attended the rehearsal dinner (again, their offer) and took absolutely priceless pictures of the evening at a downtown barbeque restaurant catching on camera the downhome feel. Kathi was at the bride's house on the wedding day, taking shots of the dress, the girls getting their hair done, the rings, capturing the memories of the day. They left absolutely nothing to chance, making sure there was a schedule to work off. The pictures of the wedding and the reception are elegant and spectacular, and there are many aspects of the day that are captured by both Kathi and Mark, using different perspectives and angles, capturing different emotions and expressions. We received the discs of pictures (lots of them!) in a very timely manner. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the ease of working with photographers who love what they are doing. Note: below asks for the address where the work was performed. They performed their photography at numerous locations: the engagement locations, the church, the rehearsal dinner restaurant, the reception, and the bride's house. Unbelievable amount of time and planning on their part, due to their passion and dedication to seeing that my daughter had wonderful photos.
