The salesperson was excellent. He had a background in interior design and really knew his stuff. He was helpful with specifics and he worked up a living space plan on the computer and he put it all on the computer to determine my placement. I also brought in measurements to assist in the process. I had visited other places during my research and it was the quality of his service that determined my purchase.

Great service and suggestions from salesperson, good prices for quality merchandise. Delivery was made in three days, delivery men were on time and very careful of both the furniture and my home.

We visited the Raleigh store to pick out furniture for our home. During our first visit we were greeting by an aggressive, overly dressed up sales person. During our second visit, we had a much better experience. We worked with a nonaggressive sales person (Alan) who helped us determine which pieces we wanted to buy. The only drawback was that the salesperson led us to believe that we could easily pick up the pieces ourselves (on the following weekend), but when we went to pick them up, we realized they were way to big for our sedan. We ended up having to pay an additional $60 for delivery and assembly. The items were delivered a week later, assembled and in great condition. The delivery personnel was very careful in bringing the pieces in the house and setting them up. The delivery time was scheduled via an automated phone message system that was easy to use. The pieces are sturdy and solid and have a classic appeal.
