Love Love Love Judy!
She was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad to have her managing my rental. She is very professional, detail oriented, and takes care of business! She had my property on the market and generated interested within weeks, and then a lease! Handled all oustanding details at the townhouse prior to tenant move-in, and always responded to my questions and concerns immediately. She also called regularly to check in with me and give me an update on showings and her professional opinion/philosophy regarding interested tenants. She is very up front and honest, and I appreciated her candor when discussing any and all details about renting and potential tenants. Prior to reaching out to Harrison Realty, I called and tried to get in contact with several of the other property management companies in the area, and just couldn't get them to call me back. I didn't even get the right person's voice mail after being transferred several times by the answering service or front desk receptionist. I finally decided to take my friend's advice and contacted Judy - so glad I did. I got her DIRECT VOICE MAIL. I like the personal service at Harrison Realty, and you will too - they DO NOT disappoint!
