He was very respectful, reliable, provided a very reasonable price and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Originally, he was extremely responsive and professional, quickly delivering the initial survey (10/10). However, after submitting the plans to the City, we needed corrections. Despite calling for over two months (easily 50+ attempts) and making multiple visits to his business, communication became almost nonexistent. During one visit, we learned he?d been in an accident, which we completely understood and sympathized with. He assured us he would complete the corrections soon, but it's been over a month with 20-30 additional calls and another visit?still no response. We genuinely appreciated his initial work, but this lack of communication and follow-through left our projects stalled.

They got the job on the day they said they would get it done and got me on their schedule quickly. They could do a better job communicating the time of day they will arrive on site . I would hire them again.

I am writing back to negate my previous review. In the previous review I wrote a comment that the surveyor was not responding my calls, which was the case for several weeks and so I put that comment in. However, I finally got in touch with the surveyor. He told me that he was hospitalized because of an accident. So he could not respond to me earlier. He also completed the work as per the town requirement. I feel sorry for him. He is a good person. I recommend hiring him. Angi admin, can you please delete any of my previous reviews off?

I do not recommend to hire this surveyor at all. Once getting paid, they do not entertain any update. They completely shut you down from contacting them any longer. They listed only a phone number to contact them. They do not have any website or email. They just blocks the number. If you happen to hire him, make sure the plan is exactly what is needed before paying him because he will just vanish after getting paid.

Harold and his team did a great job and provided an “as-built” survey for my home. His team arrived on time, completed the survey quickly, and had the documentation to me in a week.

Todd and his son Tim came and did a survey for my property last week and they did a phenomenal job. They were timely and responsive and cordial. I needed a survey done to obtain a permit and they were able to complete the survey in 3 days! I would highly recommend Todd, Tim and his crew.

I finally got them to contact me and they surveyed the boundaries and created the documents I needed. Then I needed to update the documents with the proposed location for the new garage for permits and I was not able to get them to contact me again. Poor customer service.

I needed a quick 1-week turnaround for a permit to install new fence. I was able to get my Property Survey with the time I needed it completed. As others have mentioned make sure you provide the date you need land surveyor on property and sealed documentation completed/received.

He was supposed to do my survey over 3 weeks ago and I haven?t heard anything at all and can?t get in contact with him.
