+ -1 moreSo far I think I am pleased with the work. It is tough to judge, but from the ground it looks fine. He seemed like a very nice gentleman. We had several telephone discussions and he even emailed me pictures of the additional rot that he discovered. I went ahead and OKed him repairing that as well. My rental is about 40 miles away so I feel he went above and beyond by emailing me those pictures.
Description of Work: He repaired some rotted wood on the fascia board of my rental home. He tore out the rotten wood, installed new wood, painted the new wood and reinstalled the gutters.
