Jimmy and team began their work by completely gutting the old structure and tearing it down to bare framing. Then they very quickly rebuilt the new structure adding floor to ceiling windows, insulation, beautiful interior paneling and accent framing, electrical, and a porcelain floor. They also rebuilt the exterior with new siding and accent framing for the windows. In addition new steps, railings and a lattice finish was added. They worked very quickly, efficiently and were very clean. The quality of the work is a rare find in today's world and I am extremely satisfied with each step of the process and the amazing progress that was made in just a few days. It is truly a complete transformation from screen porch to four season sun room and I could not even have imagined that it would turn out to be such a beautiful room and a gorgeous addition to our home.
Description of Work: Handyman & Co completed transitioned our screen porch into a beautiful four season sun room. This was quite an endeavor and required structural engineering, framing, and complete reconstruction of our new sun room. Today our new sun room has many floor to ceiling gorgeous windows with glass doors on each side entrance. The interior has exquisite framed panel work throughout including the ceiling with crown molding and a porcelain tile floor. The exterior work includes accent framing of the windows to match the exterior style, beautiful new steps, railings and lattice finish on the lower bottom. The new look enhances the exterior look of the home as well. Initially I could not even imagine that our sun room would be so incredibly beautiful. Jimmy and team are truly skilled craftsmen who are very honest and trustworthy. This quality of service is a rare find in today's world.
