H-Quality Painting

Interesting. We used him before (we are the other review from two years ago). He did a good job then. This time it was an adventure. We are redoing our kitchen so called him several weeks in advance to schedule it. He was supposed to come at 10:30 in the morning but called that day to say he would be here at noon. (It was after that.) It was a beautiful day outside and the next day was supposed to be rainy. So he asked if he could start our project, do another outside project, and finish up the next day. I told him no as we had already taken enough time off work. He then asked how late he could stay and I told him as long as he needed. After two and a half hours he took his lunch break. He said he would be an hour. After more than two hours, I called him to see where he was. Shortly after that he returned to paint. He stayed until 1 am! He did a pretty good job of cleaning up the mess, considering the popcorn ceiling. If he only did as good of a job on the painting. The bathroom was pretty good. But the kitchen had missed spots so we had to touch it up ourselves. Normally we would just have him come back out but we decided that we had enough.

We liked Henry. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. One problem is that he was about 30 minutes late. And it took him a LONG time to paint. But it looks nice. Also installed an external light again. Will use him again when we need a different room painted.
