We paid to have them grout the shower and floor in the master, the floor in the guest bath, and caulk the guest bath. I gave them specific colors for the grout in each of the different locations and they totally disregarded that. The job wasn't that great once it was completed. They had left grout all over the the tile stones in the master shower. A year later and it looks worse than before they did the job. Would never recommend them.

Ron's 2 man crew arrived right on time and promptly began working with one man in each bathroom. Ron arrived shortly after they began. They put down drop cloths on the stairs and in the hallway preventing any debris/dirt from causing any mess. They were very courteous and professional. The work was completed in about 2 1/2 - 3 hours and looked fantastic, as if were a new house. I highly recommend Ron and Grout Works LLC.

Ron was prompted and worked with me on what was needed.  He was professional and they showed up on time to do the work.  The crew was friendly and also professional and did a great job for us.

Mr. Deans estimated the job and was able to return to do the work within 2 days. He was professional, on time and polite. He actually made my badly cracked and mildew-stained shower tiles look new. The outcome was better than I expected and done at a fair price. I plan to have him come back to do another bathroom.

Did not go well.Project was for shower and master bath. Said they would start at 8:30am and didn't show till after 10. Original price was to be 800 and it was clearly understood that this was not going to be a "perfection" project given he wasn't sure how much grout would come off. I knew it was a fair bit of money but thought that it could be worth it.
One worker worked hard at scrubbing before applying sealer around tub which came out as expected. Second worker was not thorough and then skipped to the sealer before finishing cleaning grout and obviously didn't come out as well. Even though they got here late they were ready to go at 2. After looking at it I told them that it was not acceptable on the shower but too late as they already applied sealer and too bad!
In addition they left a real mess on the floors, cigaret butts outside and really were less than courteous (never even announced themselves when they did arrive!
I cannot recommend these folks for anything to do with tile work given what I experienced. My advise is to seek someone else if possible.

The owner responded to my request in good time and we arranged for the estimate to be conducted. The process was explained to me and my wife and a written quote was supplied. The owner arrived with the crew and after everyone was introduced they got about the business. They were very careful to not to damage anything and even went so far as to cover the carpets with drop clothes so as not to bring in debris from outside. After the work was completed , the crew chief gave us some pointers on maintaining the grout in the future. Al in all it was a very good experience.

I called in 3 Providers to get quotes. I went with GroutWorks as they were the most professional, knowledgeable and upfront about the cost/timing of job. They did a fantastic job doing detailed work. I am extremely pleased with the results and so happy I do not need to look at stained grout anymore. Thank you GroutWorks!

Great. The team cleaned and sealed the tile in 3 bathrooms. Some tiles in the master bathroom had broken after the estimate had been given, but he replace them from the extra tiles we had. The owner had several people working our project and was in frequent contact.

The grout sealant did not quite match the grout color I had chosen, so that was a little disappointing.  However, I doubt anyone else would notice.  The work was done quickly, but I had to wipe down some of the sealant that had gotten on the tile. The worker who did the tile got upset when he had to wait to complete the second bathroom (the construction guys were still working in there) and that made me a bit uncomfortable.  However, the price was right and the owner is very involved and determined to make the customer happy. I do hope that this will solve the mold problems we have had in the past.

They were another phenomenal company. I moved into a brand new house in 2002 and the contractor did not tell me to seal the grout in the kitchen or bathrooms. My tile has been an eye soar. Especially the kitchen, grout is porous and will absorb anything and everything. Ron Deans is the owner, he looked at it and measured it, he sat down for a cup of coffee, and he was very cordial. He said he could take care of it. He went through the whole house and they did a phenomenal job. The housekeeper came in and she almost passed out. My wife came and said what a difference. He pulled out the refrigerator, cleaned there, and did the cupboards. They were perfect. I did not think they could get it that clean. The owner was there and his guys showed up 15 minutes later. Those guys worked like Trojans. They worked, worked, and worked. We ate pizza on the back deck. I do not that for everybody but they were workhorses. I blame the builder for not telling me that the grout needed to be sealed. There is a five-year warranty for the work. I would highly recommend them. He used me as a reference for another customer. I did not know that you could clean grout like that after ten years. He just did an excellent job. He even gave me a discount.

We contracted with Groutworks to clean and reseal two floors as well as to regrout and reseal two bathroom shower stalls.  They came when promised, but damaged our stove while cleaning the kitchen floor, and damaged the drain and overflow stopper in one of the bathrooms.  The damage was caused by a cleaning fluid they were using that took the finish off the stove drawer where it splattered onto the drawer, and also on one of the baths overflow stopper and drain.  The caulking job was poor and the new grout lines color applied did not get two coats and therefore was streaky and spotty in many places.  After numerous calls and 6 weeks of waiting, and promises to come back and make it right, my wife finally decided to call the company owner.  To his credit, he was very apologetic, came out and looked at the damage and concerns, and made an appointment to come back and fix everything himself.  He paid for the damages, and even gave us $50 to go out to dinner for all the trouble.  So, after 8 weeks total, we finally had the work corrected and completed to our satisfaction, for a job that normally takes one day.
