"Member/Client failed to mention that he rarely cut the grass in a timely manner to allow the products to work effectively as recommended by the manufacturers. The grass was always taller than NCSU's recommendations for Fescue lawns. Kids toys were always left in the grass areas that needed to be treated making it almost impossible to treat the lawn in a timely manner. Client refused to water grass as recommended. He rarely followed any directions pertaining to his lawn and couldn't understand why the lawn did not look perfect. We worked with the client as long as we could and often provided free services to help him with his lawn but he continued to work against us and the recommendations that were made time after time. We have many happy clients who have excellent lawns and will provide recommendations as requested. This contract was a tough one to work with but we never like to leave a project or contract with a dissatisfied client or customer and regret that this member felt this way. However only he knows the truth and needs to take some responsibility for posting a false inaccurate report without providing all of the facts as per the contract he signed. All contracts are shared responsibilities between the client and our company offering a specific service. They are a meeting or the minds and this member/client failed to hold his end of the contractual agreement. Our track record speaks for itself and we work closely with clients to help them reach their goals. We have been in business for 23 years and have had very few negative comments as this one is a complete shock."
