The office was very responsive in giving me a quote for the service, as well as answering any questions I had about details of service and add-on services specific to my home. The cleaning crew was prompt, in fact they arrived early, which was a relief in that my schedule for the day was very tight and any kind of delay would have been terribly stressful. The crew was friendly, professional, and responsive. At the end of the cleaning, they allowed me to walk through and check things about before they left to be sure that I was satisfied. Everything looked amazing! The house probably looked better than when I moved in. Even though everything was sparkling clean, the house did not reek of chemicals since their cleaning products are of the "gentler" variety.
My only regret is that I did begin using their services sooner, while I was still living in the Triangle area. They are affordable, thorough, and use the types of cleaning products that I myself would choose.

This company is awesome! I called to have my daughter's home cleaned for her birthday gift. Derrick was very nice and professional and set it up for the next day. Since my daughter was at work and she has animals, I met the professionals at her home so I could keep the animals out of their way and stayed the entire time. Wendy and Graciella were on time, worked very hard, and were very efficient. They were friendly, thorough, and did an incredible job! It smelled so nice and everything was squeaky clean. I was very impressed and so was my daughter! I highly recommend Triangle Green Cleaning.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Scheduling was a breeze, arranging payment was simple, information provided about services was accurate and timely, and the cleaning itself was thorough and impressive. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

They didn't do a good job and we used them one time.

I called Triangle Green Cleaning on Monday to see if they had someone available to clean at the last minute. I had house guests coming to town and did not have time to get the house pulled together. They were able to fit me in on Wednesday. The team showed up on time and spent 3 hours cleaning every nook and cranny. When they left the house looked great, smelled clean and I had one more thing I could cross off my list. The ladies were very friendly and asked me to check their work before they left to make sure I was satisfied.

My husband is ill, and I needed assistance with housekeeping. I've never used a housecleaning service before. I emailed several companies, a couple of which did not reply at all. Triangle Green Cleaning was the first to respond. They gave me a quote, explained their services, and were prompt, professional, and responsive in answering my questions. Based on this, I hired them to do an initial cleaning at around $200 followed by weekly visits at $101. Because I am willing to be flexible about the time they come each week (not the day, but the time), I am paying the lowest rate.
They did a very nice job cleaning my house - they were here for almost 4 hours to do the initial cleaning (I really didn't think my house was that dirty, but they did things we admittedly have not done in a while). The house smells nice; no chemical cleaning smells, which is important to me as an asthmatic and also because I have two young children. They were thorough, and conscientious about making sure they put everything back in place when dusting / cleaning under it.
I have been impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work thus far. Other people in my neighborhood have used them and also been very satisfied.

This was my first time using this company. There were some things that could have been done better but overall the team did a good job. After speaking with the person who answered the phone, I noticed there was not alot of flexibility in the company's hours of operation or their willingness to make time to clean my home. I do respect their position but after that discussion, I said they dont want my business so that was a deal breaker for me since not everyone is available between 8-2:30pm.

I love that they used products that I could feel very safe about for me and my children. They were prompt and I use to love coming home after they would clean my house and I would use them again in the future.

The customer service at Triangle Green Cleaning is the best part about the company. Now, don't get me wrong, the cleaning is great too, but the customer service can't be beat. Derek will return calls or emails promptly. He's always willing to suggest options to help you keep costs down as well. You can tell they really want you to be happy.
I have VERY high standards for housecleaners. That's because I judge everyone against the way I would clean my own house if I had time. This would include things like vaccuming the couch cushions and under the couches, etc. TGC does not go to that detail, but you will get a nice, clean home every single time they come. They are very consistent and cost-effective. The house looks and smells clean after they've cleaned. But like everyone else says, no chemical smells. I grew up in a house where it didn't feel clean without Pine-Sol, but TGC leaves the house feeling just as clean without the Pine-Sol.
We have been with them for about a year. We also recently moved and used them for both a move-out cleaning from our old house and a move-in cleaning in our new house. They did a great job on both. Derek even got a team into our old house in less than 24 hours notice because the water was going to be cut off after we moved. So, I highly recommend them.

It went well. I saw little things that were missed, but I loved that they used natural products to clean, that was fantastic. The house smelled so nice when they were done.

They are fantastic. I like that they use a particular brand of soap when they clean things. My house does not smell of chemicals when I enter my home; it smells clean. The owner is incredibly responsive and really easy to get along with. They do a good job. Their price is reasonable. They really do provide a great service.

Great job! The house smelled awesome - but not the chemical smell that most house cleaners leave. This was a more fresh smell. Everything was in order and looked fantastic. A little more than I paid with a prior service, but worth every extra dollar. Paying online with Paypal is a big help too!

The manager is a pleasure to work with. He has done a great job at fitting us in to the schedule and being as flexible as possible. The team that came was nice, talkative and helpful. They even asked and talked about our family dogs which they certainly didn't have to do. Communication with the team was a breeze and they did a great job cleaning the house. It was actually nice to know the house was clean by smelling vinegar instead of bleach for a change.

I've been using them for two years now. They are reliable and do a good job. Their price is reasonable.

I have used them for a year. They have broken numerous items in my home. I came home and in my kitchen sink they had broken my faucet. My cabinet below the sink was filled with water, which had been sitting all day. They have apologized and have given me money to replace some of the items. But, not everything can be replaced with money.
