Excellent work at a reasonable price. The guy was very friendly and helpful. He suggested to replace the discs on the end of the spring rod and showed me why they needed it. He told me how to lube things to possibly prevent the spring from breaking in the future.

The technician discovered the existing springs were undersized for the door (installed years ago by a different vendor). The cost was actually less than the previous vendor from years ago. Very happy with the vendor, the cost of the service and the technician who was very professional.

Our house looks great. Appreciated the communication before, during and after the service was complete. I was surprised at how different the house actually looked with the driveway so clean!! We have had the house pressure washed a few times before and always seemed to strip parts of the house trim and porch railings. Because they do not use high pressure to clean - there was absolutely no stripping. Great results and David walked the house with me to point out a couple of things. Will definitely call again.

Arrived promptly. Lubricated all joints. Checked everything. Even replaced a burned out bulb, so now I have a light that I didn't even know I had when the door opens and closes!

It took about a month from the time we ordered it until it came in. The owner and the guy that installed the door came to do the work. They were very professional. They left the area clean.

Drew did a fantastic job installing our new garage door opener. He showed me the product, showed me how to program and use this awesome garage door opener, and then he went to work. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and very polite. He was in and out in less than 3 hours.

We were not very pleased with the service. We had them come out and look because our garage door was not working properly & they assessed that we needed a whole new door. We were happy with the door they recommended but he had to come out twice to get the door to work correctly. We just weren't really pleased with the service providers or with the service. We just didn't feel really comfortable around them.

I was quite happy and pleased with the service I received from their technician -- David I believe. He was very friendly and, in addition to quickly solving the issue I was having with my garage door, both performed preventive maintenance on my door and also showed me how to do preventive maintenance myself. I was very appreciative that he took extra time to show me how to get more life out of my garage door and properly care for it.

I was easily able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The associate who did the work was prompt, friendly, and competent. We've had no problems since the work was completed. We found out about additional bonus LiftMaster accessories online that were free with the model we purchased, which made this an even better deal. We've already received them.

Garage Door Specialist, Inc's service worked out fine. They were prompt and did what they promised to do. The interaction with them was fine, it was not a whole lot interaction. Their work turned out fine, the garage doors work. They're prompt and professional. The price was very, very reasonable.

The serviceman was prompt, professional & friendly and determined that the 25year old + opener mechanism/motor needed to be replaced. He replaced the unit with a new unit with electric eye system within an hour. He also cleaned and lubricated the door rollers and the whole system is now much quieter than before (when still working). Overall very satisfied with the service.

First guy said it was not the sensor, but the connecting wireing needed to be adusted and my bearings needed to be replaced. He rescrewed the wires to the motor and replaced the bearings. 32 days later it was not working again. The second guy again tried to talk me out of having my sensors replaced. Suggested the motor was old. I insisted he replace the sensors. He replaced them. Each time I had to pay the service charge plus the parts & labor. I think all could have been done at one time. Instead I was charged an additional $85.00. I
