+ -1 moreI paid for the item in August and did not receive it, I spent almost a year begging for my refund, I took him to small claims court he did not show up he just changed the name of his company. He had excuses like he had to go to Furniture Market (in Vegas), he had to open an new store or a new warehouse, he was going to call the supplier directly....DO NOT DO business with this company unless you can walk out the door with the product you want in hand.
Description of Work: I ordered a curio from them paid for it and they said I would receive a refund if it wasn't available. I never received the curio and they did NOT refund my money. I went to small claims court and won they did not pay. They keep changing their name so they don't have to give refund or pay court claims. Michael Whetzel has about 15 website domains even though the business is still at the same address they just say he is a different business. North Carolina BBB would not help, Wake County State Attorney handed me off to Consumer Affairs who did nothing. There is a site named Rip Off Report who has this company's history of taking money and not providing products. BUYER BEWARE do not shop here!
