Mike came out the very next day to take a look at the broken garage door opener. He called to let me know that he could come earlier than scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and provided plenty of information for me to make a decision. Even though the problem was fixable, it was more cost effective to just replace the 20 year old opener with a new one. Mike returned by the end of the week. He replaced the broken opener and it's companion, performed maintenance on the doors, and knocked out a dent in one of the garage doors. The entire job took around 2 hours. I'll be calling Freedom again for my garage door and opener needs in the future.

Wonderful service, would enthusiastically recommend. Knowledgeable, personable, polite representatives and excellent installation with no mess left behind. The new openers are incredibly quiet, so much nicer than the old one. But the old one works much more smoothly after the service too.
