They have always taken good care of me. The price is in line with the industries standards. I don't have anything to compare it to. I have no problems with them. I have been going there for years. I have always been satisfied. I have never had any complaints, and I have been going there for years. The wait depends on the type of service. They are always prompt on the service they do. I don't think anything they have done, that the time has been excessive.

I like that I can call and got a record on me. They know the car I got, and all the information on the car. Yes, yes, yes, when would you like to come in. To avoid the traffic, and when to come in. Come in the morning. Real helpful at getting me in. I like to wait for the car. The service manager is waiting for me when I come in. They are friendly, and helpful. They quickly take my car, and wave me on to the visitor lounge. I am familiar with anyway. Its clean and neat. Its modern. Its up to date. They do repairs. They keep it nice. They have television. They have internet service. I take a book and read. I wait for the service to get through. They got my phone number, since I have cell. They say they are ready. It doesn't take long on the service. The lady on the coffee service chatted with me a long time. The experience is good. At 135.000 miles, I like them to tell me if anything is wrong.

It went as well as it could. I had gone to a dealer, 2004, I got a really good review. It was Earth day. A woman bought a earlier Prius, it was a Sedan. She was so pleased with it. I needed a new car. I went into another Toyota dealership. I talked to a young dealer, and he said to wait for the new one to come out. You will get fold down seats and everything you wanted. The Toyota rep asked me to wait. I didn't like that sales group. I started an negotiation with Fred Anderson. I couldn't get a car in 2004, because of the demand. I driven it, and they said they couldn't get it. They did a write up, and agreed to the terms. I almost did not get the price I wanted. They didn't think they should honor that deal. The good thing is, the salesperson says get in here now, we will honor it. You have a year to get it. I was impressed with that. They were selling Prius as fast as pancakes. It took a year, and I got what I wanted.

My car is under warranty with the dealer. When I bring it in, they do an oil change, they rotate the tires, and they check the whole car over. I've been taking it there for three years.

The website is a little bit flaky as far as scheduling appointments. I am not convinced that this website is stable, they've had problems for the last two years.
