Initially, he was very responsive to my calls. He missed a call. He had one appointment and he had to reschedule that. That was fine and I didn’t have any issues with that. He did call me back pretty quickly. He was very professional. He did have a lot of design ideas. He took the time to bring out 3 of his subcontractors at 3 different times. He put an investment of time into working with me. Then I didn’t hear from him for about a week and half. I called him and I email him. He told that he will get back to me. After the third email, he told he will get back to me right away. It’s been 2 weeks and he has just kind of dropped off the radar even after I email him and called him. I was a little disappointed. Initially, he was very punctual, very professional. I never got a price from him. I don’t know if he just got busy and decided he didn’t want to take this job. Between him coming over here with each one of his subcontractors, he spent about 6 or 7 hours in my house. That was a good amount of time. Each one of his subcontractors probably spent about an hour or an hour and half here. It wasn’t just a drop by for an initial consultation. I was just disappointed because he was one of my favorite contractors to start out with. He just dropped off with no communication whatsoever. Never calling back, never responding it wasn’t very cool. Initially he was very responsive but later on he was not. Initially his professionalism was fantastic. When he was talking to me he was topnotch. Even though he has a lot of experience I would have been happy to have him work on the home. The fact that he never called me was too much to give him another chance.
