It just went okay, but I wouldn't like to go back to them again. She was very aggressive and impatient. I wouldn't recommend her to anybody.

Margaret worked with us over the phone and by email initially to find out what we were interested in. We came to town to look at houses and check out the area and she met up with us right on time at our hotel. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in. By the end of the day, none of the houses had clicked with us, but through the process of being out with us, she was able to get a better feel for what we liked and didn't like. She then quickly thought of another house off the top of her head, that she thought might fit what we were looking for. It turned out to be the perfect house for us! We instantly fell in love with it, but couldn't believe out luck at finding something so perfect so quickly. We wanted to think about it more, and Margaret was completely respectful of that. We never felt pushed or pressured. After a few weeks, we visited a second time to see the house again, and by then we felt confident that this house was the right choice for us. The loan application and closing process went so smoothly, and all in all, it was a fantastic and extremely easy experience for us, thanks to Margaret.

She was very thorough and it made it a lot easier for us to make a decision. When we did choose one, she lined everything up and represented us and our best interest 100%. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the area.
