Doug Britt from Five-0 services came out to the rental unit at the scheduled time. Within one hour, he had determined that the HVAC unit was low on freon. He added the necessary amount, cleaned the outside unit and helped tenant understand how to set thermostat. He was very nice and professional to the tenant.
