 + -1 moreThe rates are very reasonable, they vary but you can get a membership for $10 a month. They have a wide variety of workout machines, they are extremely friendly, there are no restrictions - in other words you don't have to worry about getting on a treadmill with a time limit. They also have trainers that are extra.

 + -1 moreConvenient, no-frills, inexpensive, gym to get your exercise at.
Description of Work: This is a basic gym, it provides most of the common gym cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. It is clean and inexpensive. It has a changing room and restrooms but no showers (thus the modest price). The facilities are kept clean and everything seems well to be well maintained.
