FIRST RATE LAWN SVC

We've been using First Rate's services for about 9 years, and couldn't be happier. They've found a way to help us out with whatever we needed, from lawn care to fixing drainage issues; re-designing, planting, and maintaining flower beds; mulching, tree trimming, etc.
Every time we've had a question or concern, Jesse or someone in his family would be by to take care of us. They erradicated bermuda grass in the yard, along with weeds, and bare spots. We have an challenging drainage easement in the yard, so we were resigned to always just trying our best with to make things presentable. After Jesse and team helped out for a couple seasons, we were shocked to drive up and see the and quot;yard of the monthand quot; sign in our front yard.
We can't say enough good things about First Rate.

I visited First Rate Lawn Service's website and used their online contact section to inquire about a one-time fall clean up of my yard. Jesse responded right away with a free estimate of the work to be done. To clean my yard (about a quarter of an acre) and flower beds of fall foliage and to dispose of leaves/pine needles and a large pile of loose branches/clipped rose bush branches, the estimate came to $130. Once I accepted the estimate, Jesse was able to fit me in his schedule right away (in the same week). His crew came and performed the work while I was at work. I arrived home to a clear yard and driveway. I received my invoice in the mail soon after (the next week, I believe). No hassle and excellent service -- I will definitely be using First Rate Lawn Service again in the future.

First Rate is aptly named; I have been a customer for a little over 2 years, and Jesse and his team have continually provided excellent service.They are prompt, courteous, and dependable, and even allow for on-line bill paying.

They always come on time. They always do an excellent job. I would recommend to others, and use them again. They do my lawn every week and there amazing.

They were very professional and friendly. We had to ask them to come back to finish because we wanted more of the mulching done. We would hire them again.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAS BEEN EXCELLENT.

THEY GET THE YARD LOOKING REALLY GOOD AND I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THE GUY THAT DOES THE WORK IS A VERY NICE MAN AND MY LAWN IS IN REALLY GOOD SHAPE.

AT FIRST, THEY DID A QUALITY JOB AND WERE RESPONSIVE TO FEEDBACK. BUT AS TIME WENT ON, THE QUALITY DETERIORATED. THEY WERE EDGING TOO SEVERELY, CUTTING THE GRASS TO LONG AND NOT PICKING UP THE PINE CONES.
