They came in two trucks, looking and sounding professional, listened to the problems, opened the drain field pump well, dug out and find a distribution small chamber, used a Roto tool to go in an underground pipe (not too far and nothing came out), find and dug out an access cover for a cesspool tank and recommended to call a cesspool cleaning/removal company. What they failed, even if I asked if there is one, they did not mentioned a second "filter tank". After they left I called Forever Clean in Fuquai Varina, made an appointment, Nelson showed up and did a great job. I recommend them for any septic problems you may have.
