Manicures/Nails
$26
What an awful experience. I went in for a gel polish change. My greeting was prompt, I was asked to step over to several wheels of colors to choose from and then was given a seat. The woman, who's English was limited, was so very, very quiet that I had to ask her several times what she said - making me feel like an a**. First she put my hands in a bowl of acetone to try to get my previous gel off. Fingers up to the second knuckle then tucked under a towel. After a moment or two she started prying off my old gel. When I told her she was hurting me, she finally got some tin foil and cotton to remove the polish. Even then she didn't wait long enough and was scraping off the polish in a way that was painful. She did a nice job of evening out my nails even if she did file, file, file away at my thumbs instead of clipping them. Once she started polishing, she put the wrong product down first on my right hand and tried to remove it unsuccessfully (guess which hand the polish is all peeling up from now). Then she forgot to put on the top coat before starting to wipe my nails with the acetone. She realized she had just ruined the polish she just put on and added another layer. Finally, I had to tell her she missed my thumb and half of my left hand of top coat on the second time around. An hour and half later, I was finally leaving after paying $26. H***, I even tipped her and I don't know why. The salon was busy and people came and went, yet no one noticed that this lovely older lady was failing at a simple polish change. I won't go back.

Yes, I recommend this pro

My experience has gone very well. I have been using this company regularly since I moved to this area. The pricing is reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.
