They were very helpful in helping us do that. They had to special order a piece for us, which they were willing to do so that we could verify the color we wanted. They were also able to work with their store in Chapel Hill to get another sample to be sure we liked the color. The original sample wasn't quite as new as what we needed. They were able to find us a local sample and then they were able to order a sample. Their person came out to the house, did all the measurements, and everything came in properly. There was one cabinet that had a problem but they reordered it. It was just a chip in the door front. It was a minor issue and they were able to, between my contractor and Ferguson, get it in and fixed before the whole job was done.
