Staff is very helpfull in selecting plumbing hardware for bath/kitchen. Showroom is expansive, staff helpful, order/ship process is seamless. Ordered hardware for my bath remodel and they shipped direct to my house from their warehouse. Staff had just visited the Kohler factory and shared with us an external shower mount that required no behind the wall plumbing work. When paired with a rain shower head and hand held .... it redefined the shower experience in terms of quality/enjoyment. I would definitely put them on your list if you are doing any kind of retrofit. The staff will provide help well beyond what you can receive at the big box stores.

Our experience with Fergusons was fantastic. We worked with Grace, our salesperson, and she was extremely knowledgeable and yet gave us counsel as we needed it without the least bit of pressure. It was great. We had a minor problem with a faucet and she got us a replacement part in the next day. We selected a light fixture that really was not right for us and they helped us choose a better light fixture and worked out a swap that was very reasonable. When we do our bathroom, we will definitely go to Fergusons for our plumbing again, and see what they have to offer in lighting as well. We highly recommend their service and products.
