Clint was excellent. Our refrigerator wasn't operating up to snuff but wasn't exactly broken either. Clint made numerous trips and incremental changes because he wanted to avoid having us pay $1400 to replace the condenser, fan, etc. In the end we were pleased with what he did (and what he didn't do), his determination to do the right thing by us and the ultimate cost. We will definitely call him again should it be necessary.

I called, explained the problem, Clint set up a time to come meet me at the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. he left the place clean and in good working order.

My SubZero refrigerator began exhibiting fluctuating temperatures that would range from 24 to 36 degrees, and ice crystals would form on some foods in the refrigerator. The temperature was set at the factory-recommended 38 degrees from the time I purchased the unit. I contacted FAST HVAC and Refrigeration and requested a service call. The service tech, Clint, arrived on time and spent sufficient time to diagnose the problem. In that process, he suspected that there was a problem with the board that controls temperature. To be certain, he called the factory and confirmed his suspicion. He ordered and installed a new board but would not charge me until it seemed to be working. As it turned out, the board did not correct the problem. Clint then called the factory service department and was told that the entire cooling unit needed to be replaced. On Clint's third and last visit, he spent about 4+ hours performing the installation. The refrigerator is now performing satisfactorily. I wholeheartedly recommend Clint and FAST for service issues with SubZero refrigerators. He is very professional and very pleasant, and he explains what he is doing and why. He protects the work area and leaves it as clean as when he finds it. He arrives on time, and is easy to work with. As for the cost of the repair, the company provided the parts at no charge to me, although I believe the warranty was within days of expiring. Clint's charge for his labor was $440.
