We are very pleased with all the services they provided.

They seemed quite knowledgeable, and did the work in a reasonable time, for probably the going rate.

I took two small oriental rugs there to be cleaned and also purchase rug pads. Very pleased with the service, would use them again.

Everything about their operation is thoroughly knowledgeable and professional.

We bought four used oriental rugs off craigslist and had them cleaned at Fargo-Hanna. They were the cheapest of the four cleaners we got quotes from and did an excellent job. One of the carpets had a stain that they worked extra on at no extra charge. Everyone there was super friendly and professional. We will not hesitate in using them again.

I didn't think about them picking up my rugs and since most were about 3' x 6and quot; I took them to the store. They immediately came to my car and helped me remove them. Two of the carpets needed some repair which they did and I have a silk sumac that I hang on my wall. They put a pocket on it so I could run my rod through it much more easily. I was having hardwoods put in my home and the rugs were ready when I was able to move back in. The rugs were beautifully cleaned and look wonderful. They were very kind and professional. I knew my carpets were in good hands. When they loaded the carpets in my car they knew the value of these rugs and warned me to go immediately home and not leave them in my car. I need to buy carpetting for my new wooden floors and I will be going back to look at their runners some more. I hope I find one so they can install it for me.

I was having my hardwood floors refinished and thought this would be a good time to have my area rugs cleaned. I called around for estimates and Fargo Hanna's was the most reasonable. The two delivery men were here within 45 minutes and picked up the rugs. They returned them a week later beautifully cleaned and placed them back where they had been, even moving a very heavy dining room table in order to lay them back down.
I bought some beautiful rugs from Fargo-Hanna about 15 years ago and have been very pleased with my purchase to this day. I also had them pick up one of my rugs some years ago after my dog chewed the corner off one of them. They did a awesome job with the repair.
I recently used them again to appraise on an old Hereke silk rug.
When it comes to oriental rugs, this is the place to go. They have been around a very long time and are very knowledgeable when it comes to oriental rugs. I trust them completely.

Called them on Saturday to have 2 oriental rugs and one area rug cleaned. They gave me an estimate over the phone and said someone would be there in 45 minutes to pick up the rugs. The two guys who came out were great. Picked up the rugs and returned them a week later placing them exactly where I wanted them and then put the furniture back. The rugs look great. I had bought two of the rugs from them 15 years ago from Farg Hanna and they look brand new. Products and service are outstanding!
