Family Hardwood did an outstanding job installing my wood floors. Price was fair and Christine was easy to work with. Installation was done on the day promised and quality of their work was top notch. Family is a good description of my experience; it was like working with friends and family and not like the impersonal contractors I meet so often. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting hardwood floors installed.

very customer service oriented upfront. will match or beat lowest bid. after that goal is to get job done not please customers. I have mismatch floor and after 6 months of promising to correct the problem they just returning my calls or responding to emails...and they harass you for a deposit and final payment.

"Our main goal is customer service! We try everything to leave each customer pleased. He told us that he was pleased and the floors looked great. It took 3 days to get paid. We do require a deposit to hold dates because we are a small company and that lets us know that you are serious and holds the spot in case someone else is trying to book those dates. The floors are not mismatched. We installed what he purchased. This is our livelihood and we have not made it this long with a good reputation by leaving customers unhappy. We will reach out again and see what can be done to please this customer."

Family Hardwood was very honest and did not overcharge me for the steps that had to be done. I really appreciate that. They replaced all the damaged wood and did a fantastic job refinishing. We had our entire downstairs redone in hardwood. Chris came out to do a quote. There was no pressure even though it took us awhile to make a decision and make the down payment. They understood that this was a big purchase for us and were very patient. They did the entire job in two days including putting everything back. The crew was very careful with our belongings and took time making sure everything was done right from beginning to end. The floors are gorgeous and we've had neighbors ask us who we used. I have no qualms at all about recommending this company. They were fabulous!

Family Hardwood is hands down the best and most professional company I have ever hired! They are very responsive, quality of work is very high, they finish on time, and can be trusted. They tied in two new rooms of hardwood flooring to our first floor. Their workmanship on this job is absolutely flawless in all aspects.
