Geoffrey Cash, CEO of EZ Flow showed up to the estimate late. I had to call and wake him up. He was 1.5 hours late. I agreed to pay with cash upon completion. His crew of one did not pick up payment. I had to call to let him know. Geoffrey was unwilling to pick up cash because it was a 35 minute drive for him. I offered to Venmo but the photo was of a man in sunglasses. I contacted him to say I preferred to pay cash as originally agreed upon. This set about a highly unprofessional & harassing thread of texts. Instead of dealing with my husband as suggested twice, he continued to harass me. Do not do business with this person. Also, the free service in the coupon to have the dryer vent cleaned if you booked two services was not done.

Did not clean as contracted. Sent one person for large almost 6000 sq ft home and missed many areas. Overall unprofessional and poor customer service.

Regarding your concerns, we'd like to note that we visited your property on two separate occasions to clean. We did a walk around on 2 visits. During each of these visits, we informed you that the window(s) containing the clay stains would require additional chemicals to clean. We explained that this would be a separate charge, and upon informing you of this, you declined. We would be more than happy to return to your property with the appropriate chemicals needed to remove the clay stains, and we warmly invite you to contact us via email or phone to express any other concerns you may have and how we can best help. Thank you."

Did not clean all windows. Ruined a gutter. Unable to get them back on the phone. No address for this company. Not registered with nc.gov either.

I contacted EZ Flow to get the roof and house washed for my parents. I left a voice mail and Geoff called me back the same day to schedule an appointment to give me a quote. EZ Flow showed up when promised, right on time! I felt that the quote from Geoff was reasonable and decided to give them a shot.
Once again, they showed up on schedule. As someone who values punctuality, this was a big plus. I absolutely hate waiting hours for service. (you know the whole "we'll be there between 1-3") Without any time wasted they went right to work. The roof of the house is very steep, but it was no match for EZ Flow. Even up sold me on the gutter cleaning after they took photos of the gutter that needed attention.
These guys are true professionals! The quality of work they provide is excellent! Everything that was moved during the service was placed back where it was. They even cleaned up after them selves. No mess was left behind.
I would recommend this company and their service to others in a heart beat. They were punctual, professional, and informative. If you expect quality, give EZ Flow a call. You won't be disappointed.
