It went absolutely well. The first time I spoke to him on the phone, he was very courteous, very Professional. Most of the people I called earlier did not pick up neither did they return my call. It's astonishing how the people in this line of work ignore potential customers. He promised to come the following day to verify what we wanted to accomplish. He came on time, patiently took notes, then gave us a quote that same day. We agreed on the Price which was very fair. As promised, he ordered the parts and worked hard to accommodate us on his very tight schedule. He worked with us till the task was accomplished at around 12:30 AM in the morning. He was very patient, easy to work and very knowledgeable. The job was expertly done and we were all impressed when he was done. We will definitely hire him again and I am recommending him to anyone who needs his services.

Terrell was a fabulous professional. I ordered components on my own and ended up missing a few key parts; he stayed cool and helped me get the missing parts on the spot without having to reschedule. I am in love with my car again thank to his handiwork. The bluetooth microphone is unobtrusive but works like a charm. The backup camera is triggered when I put my car in reverse, something I didn't expect. Everything was installed clean and like it was original to the vehicle. His lengthy experience and knowledge show through in the finished product. I can't recommend him enough.

Quick and easy. Only after using tv we found that we could not tilt the forestd lraning tv into its upright, flash to wall position. One call however and the fridndly technitian was back and corrected the problem within minutes. Happy to say that “Extreme Audio” is worth to use.

Great. He was not able to come the original day but called to switch to another day. He was on-time did an outstanding job mounting my TV to the wall. My TV was larger and so I paid an additional $100 but it was so worth it. My TV looks great and the picture is actually better. Plus he help reset up my surround sound speakers that were d/c after recent flooring installation. You cannot go wrong with this company. Couldn't be more happy

Terrell did a terrific job! He was very diligent and took his time to ensure the TV was mounted and setup as I had requested. All around a very nice person and very good at what he does. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

It was fine - Terrell was responsive with emails re the date for the work; he arrived when he said he would be there and he was professional and personally very pleasant. We had purchased our own mount even though a mount was included in the price quoted. I believe Terrell did a couple of extra things in connection with the mounting.

For the first appointment, the service went well and Terrell was very professional. I made a second appointment with him before he finished the first job to have an automatic start installed. The second appointment he was late and had to rescheduled because he didn't have the necessary equipment. We scheduled for the following Saturday for 10 am. I received a message at 12:15 pm sharing he would arrive between 1:30 - 3:00 pm. I declined this appointment.

Terrell was great - the job was done right and very quickly. Terrell was also able to give me some tips about the rest of my setup. Great job!

Great job installing our TV

Went fantastic -- extremely, extremely professional. There was another vendor we used for TV mounting on Angie's list before Extreme Audio -- and they did a decent job -- but was blown away by the work Terrell did. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked. He even tweaked something on the other TV mount that was done by someone else to make it work better. We ended up using him to install ceiling fans throughout the house as well. Great job!

great, exactly what we wanted

The Remote start and the HID kit has worked flawlessly since it was installed.  I have had zero problem.  If a problem were to aside, Terrell confirmed that I have a lifetime warranty and will come back to fix anything that goes wrong with the product or install.

Excellent results!   Terrell was always on time, had all the right tools & equipment for the installation.  Excellent price for the work completed.  I plan to have him install another system on a 2000 Ford SVT-F150 Lighting that I just recently purchased.

I Would HIGHLY recommend Terrell for any installation projects!
