Exterior Services Pressure Washing

They did an excellent job! We started by getting an estimate, which I have to tell you was very reasonable. They were the first ones that we had called and after meeting them, we did not need to look any further. From the very beginning, they were very personable, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. We especially liked how they explained their work (low pressure cleaning) and answered all our questions. Upon completion, they asked us to inspect their work. Wow... it was amazing the quality of their work as everything was so bright and clean. We highly recommend them, and we will be sure to tell our friends/neighbors what excellent work they do.

Excellent work. I was very pleased with the work and will totally hire again. We plan to in the spring to wash the concrete decking surrounding our pool. None of my plantings were harmed and he was very prompt with all communications and just overall a great experience!

Not only were the services provided, he showed up a bit early for the appointment, so he could get started at the agreed-upon time of 10 AM. He was very professional and finished the job in a fair amount of time. Not only did he pressure wash my house, he also pressure washed the mailbox, porch furniture, and more. Quality of work was excellent, and he even provided me with business cards for some other work I need to have done. Very professional. Great job all around. Would highly recommend.

This is the second year in a row we have used this company. They are great.

We were able to schedule the service right away. I was concerned about having the bricks washed, but the contractor was familiar with the style of brick we had and knew how to clean them without damaging them. The house looks great and the sidewalk looks new. I am very happy with the service and the price.

I got a flyer in the mail for a good price on power washing so I called them and they were able to come out within a couple days. They came when they said they would and they did a good job.

It went very well. He was very nice and showed me everything he washed. I was completely satisfied.

He was punctual (came out even when it was raining) and completed the process in less than 1 hour. When he was done the house looked brand new! I couldn't believe my eyes. He was very personable and very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend his services.

This company was extremely professional. I contacted them via e-mail and they responded within the hour with a price quote. I was able to schedule an appointment via e-mail as well. The man who did the washing did an excellent job and went above and beyond what was expected, by cleaning the stepping stones near our back patio. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

This company has excellent customer service. We had a problem with the power washing itself but they worked hard to rectify it by offering to redo it. They insisted it would be at no charge but I still provided them our payment information because they did come out a second time. The power washing itself was fair. I have had my home power washed for last 15 years and usually after a wash, there is no pollen, soap residue or anything left for that matter. In this case, the decking and vinyl were very soapy and there were areas that were completely missed. I went around and did as much as I could to rinse off the areas I could reach with our garden hose and also wiped away some of the pollen with a towel. After the second wash, I could still find some pollen on the vinyl siding. Unfortunately, I just didn't think the job was as thorough as it could have been. I also suspect that the pressure was a little too low or the cleaning agent they use wasn't strong enough. It is unfortunate because they were very nice and accommodating in every other way.

Rubin (owner) did a great job pressure washing my 3000 sq ft. home. I was concerned that there would be a film on my windows, but they were sparkling clean. Whole job took about an hour and the results were fantastic. Setting up the appointment with Stephanie was a pleasure as well. Prices are very fair for a personalized touch by the owner himself. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service experience before the appointment, excellent
scheduling, and explanation of the services offered and what will be
performed. They arrived on time, I didn't have to be home, and was able
to call and pay the bill following the service being completed. We had 2
homes done in the same day, so they worked a deal with us, as they were
next to each other. Very clean, detailed, and no problems. Couldn't
even tell they were there, except for the house being spotless!

We bought a house that was under foreclosure, and it was in pretty poor condition on the exterior. We had a month to get the house improved before our HOA would fine us for it. They did all sorts of things to help get the house back in order. We were so pleased with their service that we've continued to use them. They have been able to get us scheduled on short notice, and are quite responsive. They are really customer-service oriented and truly look after the details to take care of you.

Because we are on a well, water pressure was too low for him to use the
larger pressure washer on the driveway. However, he was able to bypass our
in-house filter and use the well-head as the source. The final work was
performed well above our expectations.

Reuben came and power washed the house prior to us having it painted. He did a thorough job and was pleasant to deal with. Since he was here to do the house, he asked if we wanted the driveway and sidewalk done also. It was a good decision on our part to have it done. We had borrowed a power washer a few years ago and had done it ourselves. He got done in a few hours what took us all day and his was definitely a superior cleaning job. :-) Not only did the house look great but the drive and sidewalk looked better than they ever have. We will definitely have him back when it needs to be done again.
