Turned out to be a failed breaker. He replaced the breaker, and my power was restored. I will definitely recommend this company!200$

Immediate response to check the problem and if they could have gotten the parts that late on a Friday night they would have fixed it Friday night. As it is they were back in the morning with all the right parts and we had power back by Saturday at lunch time. The Tech was really nice and professional! He went the extra mile to coordinate with the power company for me.

Installer removed old charger and added NEMA14-50 socket and installed Tesla Wall charger.

Express Electrrical was the third contractor we spoke with about our electrical needs. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Trey came out, listened to the problems we were having (nuisance tripping of circuit breakers) and gave a a relatively simple solution. He came back out the next week and in just a short time had installed two dedicated outlets, 3 additional outlets in the garage and a overhead light fixture. He was on time, friendly, quick and efficient. We highly recommend Express Electrical.

Very pleased with the customer service and the electrical work performed. I called on a Monday, by Tuesday the preliminary diagnosis was completed and the follow up appointment scheduled for one week out. The electrician (Trey) was awesome! The company sends an email with the picture of the electrician and within a few minutes Trey called to say he was on his way. He was punctual, professional and friendly. A job well done! Thank you.

We are a business and we have a curio cabinet that kept shorting out. I had several other companies try to fix it and it still would short out. Love this company, Tim was on time, thorough and quick in assessing the problem, he explained what was wrong and made a recommendation (that even I was sure it would work.) He left to purchase the parts he needed returned and now we have an even better "looking" cabinet. Tim also, was courteous, professional and very helpful. The office staff was equally courteous and helpful. I will certainly do business with them again.

The outside outlet unexpectedly became a priority because it was needed for a radon mitigation exhaust fan. Express Electrical understood the urgency and was able to install it within two days after my request for an estimate. The light fixtures will be replaced once I have received delivery and I anticipate this work to be done with the same quality and efficiency.

This is the second time I have used Express Electrical. They are punctual, professional, and honest. Most importantly, I had my questions and concerns addressed promptly by management, which can sometimes be a headache with other companies. Great service and highly recommended.

Our electrical problems are finally solved. We have had two electricians service our continuing problem of our outside GFI tripping issue only to have the problem come right back within a week. I asked for recommendations for electricians from neighbours that resulted in at least three unreturned voicemail messages to other electrical technicians. Express Electrical was the ONLY company that had a professional administrator answer my call and immediately book an appointment to which the technician showed up on time! And he fixed everything without gouging us on the price.

They were ROCK STARS! We had several outlets not working and a switch- They could have replaced all of the outlets and charged us for them, but instead, they advised us on the ones that did not need to be changed, and only changed the ones they had to. We experienced ZERO DOWN TIME! As a busy restaurant, this went a long way with us as we needed to stay in operation. Top Notch!

I called at 4pm after my installers discovered the undersized circuit. I had called about six other companies up to this point. The phone was answered by a human, which is unusual, but appreciated. I explained my problem, and she got to work. She called back about 10 minutes later, and told me a technician would be there once he finished his current job. He arrived and installed the new circuit permitting the HVAC installation to be completed.

Excellent service. Answered the phone when I called and was able to put me on the schedule for the very next day! Price was very fair. Work was completed without any issues and the bathroom looks great. Will be calling them in the future for any of my electrical needs.

Trey was right on time, reviewed the locations with me and completed the job without any problems. He took the old fixtures and tubes as we replaced with new LED fixtures. Efficient and professional service and I would recommend Express Electrical Services to anyone.

We bought a home with a Federal Pacific Box that is known to cause fires, Express came out and completely replaced everything between the power companies wires and the wires in the home and added a generator hookup and some plugs in the garage.  Did a great job, and were very responsive through the entire process.  They stayed late the first day to the the power back on so we didn't have to be in the dark over night.  
After completion Pike Electric, working for Duke energy ended up damaging the weather head when they were taping off the power companies lines and Express has been great about chasing them down for repair.

Very happy customer! Work was performed flawlessly. They always give me a courtesy call when they are on the way to my home, and they are always right on time. The first time I used Express Electrical, I needed work done immediately and called Express Electrical explaining that I was on a time crunch. They made time in their schedule and completed the work only a day later. I had a list of tasks that needed to be completed in my new house, and I was very happy with how efficient, professional, and punctual the team was. Special shout-out to Tim who went above and beyond!

Today was now the third time using them and once again I could not be happier. After trying to install a timer switch on my porch light (and nearly getting electrocuted), I decided to call the professionals. Tim was on time, made the install look easy, explained the steps as he completed them, and cleaned up afterwards.

Unbelievable service and price.  My two technicians: Donald and Charles were amazing with great attention to detail, communication about the job and clean up after.
Express was recommended by my next door neighbor.  I'm a pretty skilled DIYer, so it's hard for me to even admit I need help, LOL. Faced with two huge ceiling lights to install plus 6 more normal lights, a ceiling fan to move, two junction boxes to add to the ceiling in two different room, I had to admit I needed some pros.  I just can't say enough about the quality of the work and the reasonableness of the price.  I would recommend Express to everyone.  They installed some tough stuff with a sense of humor, gave me options on how/why to run new junctions boxes off of which existing switch with least amount of drywall cutting, etc.  Just really happy with the job.

The first representative came out to see what we wanted done.  After looking at the area and asking some question he provided a quote for the work which included time and materials.  At our convenience the individual performing the service came out at the time scheduled. He asked a few question, reviewed the areas where the work was to be done and went to work. He completed the new circuit first then added the new outlet. The second item was a little tougher due to the manner that the wiring needed to be run.  He completed the project as quoted and did a through cleanup.  Both of the individuals I dealt with were professional, friendly and easy with which to talk.

Everything was perfect !  I just wish that I had known about Electrical Express years ago. Their tech replaced an old  kitchen light fixture with a new LED fixture.  He gave me some background on the new LEDs  and how well it would perform. Didn't take more than 1/2
to do the job, explaning  to me the few steps that he was doing, wiring, etc. When finished with the job, he cleaned up and put the old fixture in his truck. Their tech, Justin Timmons, was so nice and easy going. I felt like we had been friends for years. Just a real, nice young man who would be asset to anyone's staff.  I have a couple of out-door night  lights that need replacing. Express Electrical Service will be the one I will call.  I have replaced all of my old electrical business cards.  Express Electrical Service will be my only company to do my electrical work !!!!!!

I went to website, it was clear they offered 24/7 service. I called, left message. Tim called back in 10 minutes. I explained the problem, he asked if it could wait until Monday. I said it could not. He said no problem, but was on the other side of town and couldn't make it out for another 90 minutes. He gave me estimate, came in 90 minutes, fixed the problem (bad GFI), charged what he quoted and we are very happy!
