Tom Keenan the owner was hardly ever on job site overlooking work. Approximately 15 minutes per day. He used day laborers for 80 percent of the job. Did not complete work nor followed up on permits he pulled. Owner is left with completing the work. Also he is hot tempered. I believe business is dissolved and changed business names.
