Fantastic job cutting a tree close to mine and my neighbor's house. No problems, quick and efficient and cleaned up perfectly. The stump grinding was 30 minutes and immediately after the tree was taken down. I am thrilled with the entire service and the quality.

Overall the experience was very uneventful which is what I was looking for! Mr Everett provided a quote very promptly and did the work the next day. Except for the actual tree missing, I couldn't tell they had been there. Would highly recommend them.

Jimmy Everett returned my phone call promptly and told me when he could come out to give me an estimate. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. He told me what I didn't need as well as what I needed and quoted me a fair price. I hired him without getting more quotes. Jimmy arrived with his crew and an assistant on the date and time agreed upon. They worked quickly and efficently for about an hour and the job was done.

Perfectly! It could not have gone better. Jimmy and his crew were prompt, professional and courteous. Jimmy invited us to watch them work and to make some decisions that we were iffy about after he had already taken out the trees we were certain about so we would have more of a sense of the finished product. Our yard looks awesome and we would not hesitate to recommend Jimmy to anyone needed tree work!

It went very well. They were on time and accomplished the work in the time they had estimated. They were also very responsive to adding a few items once they were on site and also did some work for one of my neighbors at the same time. Jimmy is a little bit of a fast talker, but underneath it, he and his crew were honest, hardworking and left things in very good shape.

Jimmy, Pat, and the crew were quick to respond to initial inquiries and were flexible with arranging a time for the work. They showed up on time and quickly got to work. They were fast and efficient with the entire crew busy and attentive to the situation. Price was very reasonable. The trees were easy to access, but they were fairly large and close to the house--this required finesse to bring them down safely.

Jimmy's advice was great and he had lots of ideas, not pushy at all. Very professional, ground stumps and cleaned up thoroughly. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat and we'll definitely be calling again as we need them.

Gave me another estimate for extra work requested while there. This 2nd estimate was under rated, due to the job was more in-depth than expected, but they did not increase the price and stuck to the original estimate. The writer was so happy with the work she added $200.00 to the original estimate. Patrick (Pat) was excellent to work with; I was so happy with the job that I scheduled another one for May. Very professional, shows insurance documentation and will negotiate with you on pricing. There could be a wait but is worth it; highly recommended, from a much satisfied customer.

Jimmy came out to do a survey of the marked trees. He wanted specific information about where we wanted the trees to fall and which plantings could possibly sustain damage. He stuck to the verbal estimate for the 6 trees we initially requested. The guys showed up early, got organized and started felling the trees right on time. EXTREMELY professional! The felled the first tree, then to save the septic system, dropped the rest of the trees on that first tree. There was no damage to the septic nor to any of the few hundred plants around the tree. Amazing! The monster crane lifted 20' sections of tree up and around other trees, bushes and the house without any damage. At the last minute we asked him to drop a 50' poplar which he did, adding only $250 to the original estimate even though it was the largest tree. They also removed a 15' pine tree bent to the ground from the snow without charge. When the job was finished, the logs were loaded, the brush all chipped, and the yard raked cleaner than before they arrived. The attention to detail was astonishing, even to requesting we close the garage doors so no fumes from the chipper would enter the house.

Very well. I don't remember everything because it was four months ago. I checked around for estimates on removing dead trees from our yard. Jimmy Everett was the most responsive and professional. For him, ours was a small job, but he treated it like a bigger job. He scheduled it within a week or so. He brought his full crew with him, and they were finished in no time. They even did some extra pruning work because they have a minimum charge and we were under that. I figured that was well worth it. They did a great job on the trees and cleaned up well after they were finished.

They were very responsive, and very, very professional. He was able to get work from one of my neighbors because they like d the work they did for me so much. No damage to shubbery, very careful and cleaned up very well. The price also included stump grinding of 6 trees. I would highly recommend to others.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Voluntarily saved me $100 for removing a tree which was dying. Then Mr. Everett voluntarily hauled away a gill I had taken apart and was going to haul to dump myself. I never asked, he just did an extremely nice thing for no charge voluntarily. Can't recommend enough!

They were very careful of my property and of my neighbor's land. There was little to no damage to the lawns. The clean up was very thorough. The work went quickly.

The crew worked very quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I have no complaints at all about this company and would recommend them highly.

Working with this family-owed company was a real pleasure! Everyone I dealt with was cheerful, bright and efficient. Jimmy gave us the estimate himself, coming over the same day I called. His supervisor arrived on time, was very pleasant, and stayed with the crew, giving them directions. I didn't have to explain anything to the crew, but reviewed the work with the supervisor. They finished the job with 5 minutes to spare so we didn't go over the estimate. Jimmy came by to check on the job. They apologized profusely because their stump grinder was in the shop, but came back within the week to finish the job quickly and neatly.

Jimmy and his crew were punctual and professional. His estimate was fair and his price did not change. Because of threat of rain, he called several times to check my schedule and keep me aware of any changes that might have to be made. It turned out that they stuck with their original appointment and they worked for a solid three hours cutting and hauling trees. They moved swiftly and took down the trees with seemingly minimal effort. The entire crew was polite and on task. They worked so quickly that they were able to clip a few extra trees for me given the time frame we had agreed upon and even took down a neighbor's dying pine. Jimmy was there himself the whole time, both working and monitoring the crew. His price was both good and realistic and the quality of his work was outstanding. He charged by the hour and knew exactly how long it was going to take to get the job done. I was very pleased with the result and price and absolutely recommend him to all my clients now (I'm a Realtor).

Jimmy was a pleasure to work with and very professional throughout the process. He came out for an estimate 2 days after I contacted him. Initially, I intended to only have the tree leaning onto my neighbor's property removed, but he pointed out that a large poplar was dead and could do some damage if it fell. He offered me several options of ways he could do it and recommended the least expensive option. Since he was in the area that day, he said he would try to get back before dark to do the work, otherwise it would be about 2 weeks before he could schedule it. He returned with his crew late in the day and did a great job. My neighbor was so pleased that she asked him to do some additional work in her yard.

Jimmy estimated 5 hours to complete work. On the scheduled day, he called to say they would arrive at 4pm. When I reminded him he estimate 5 hours and I was concerned about getting done before dark, he said they would work late. There were impending hurricanes, however there was nothing urgent in my package of work. He could have rescheduled if others were more urgent. Two guys arrived at 4pm and 3 others an hour or so later. They started right in. Tree climber was very careful and checked below before dropping each limb. When trees were near house, he lowered limbs/trunks on ropes, rather than just dropping. Limbs were stacked and picked up and taken to truck by Bob Cat. It was very nearly dark when the last tree came down. Somethings Jimmy had said at the estimate (that they would cut other tree trunks and lay in path where big one was to drop) didn't happen, so did get big long depression in yard when it fell. They dragged tree trunks to street with Bob Cat, which in turn unearthed the cable line which broke it. Much of clean up was done after dark, and as such several things were missed and not as tidy as I had been led to believe. I provided multiple drinks to all of crew (it was hot) and they left cans around the yard. Bob Cat left depressions and nearly killed grass in areas repeatedly run over. They did some trimming and limbing up of other trees at my request. Might have done more but it was dark. Next time would insist they start earlier so have light to see. They did try to rake up and pick up everything but lack of light was a factor.

We needed three stumps to be removed from the front yard. This company responded to my inquiry when others did not, showed up and did a great job for a fair price. The yard looks great, I would not hesitate to call them back to handle any more tree related work. Jimmy Everett was responsive, reasonably priced and did a great job.

Wonderful - I spoke with someone from the tree service on Friday, they came on Saturday morning and gave us an estimate, and they returned Saturday afternoon to perform the work. They did all their work well and cleaned up when they were done.
