Dealing with Joe was quick and easy, he came out within a few days of the initial call and measured all of the rooms. He provided us a quote shortly thereafter. It was over a month before we were ready to move forward, but when time came to schedule we got an install date that worked for us for the following week. We did all of the removal ourselves, so when the crew showed up they could get to work quickly. The guys were respectful of our home, let the kids peek over their shoulder, and did a great job putting down carpet in 3 bedrooms, several closets, a hall, and down a flight of stairs. The only hick-up was an air register in a closet that was covered with carpet, but we chuckled about the oversight and took a boxcutter to it and cut the hole ourselves. We look forward to working with Joe again on our new home!

They did a very poor job. They carpeted over a hole in the floor that was 6 inches in diameter. They did a bait and switch on the billing. The tiling in the kitchen does not match up to the kitchen granite. The bathroom tile grout was not sealed which should be a simple thing. The hardwood creaks and pops in the kitchen.
