It was excellent. She did a really good job of helping us by finding contractors who would do it for the amount that we were looking for. It was really very nice- it was kind of a one -stop shopping where I didn't have to go out and look for sub contractors. She doesn't charge us for that- she handles all the sub contracting and doesn't charge for the actual consultation and all. She just gets a finders fee from the sub contractors- that is her work. We would call her back if we needed to. We have actually used her in the past.
