Elegant Kitchen & Bath

Be wary of hiring Joe Helm of Elegant Kitchens and Baths! After completing two tile/renovation jobs for us successfully, Joe approached us to ask if he could redo our master bathroom and said it was a week-and-a-half job. After close to four months, we were forced to hire another contractor to finish the work—which Joe had only partially completed. Joe requests money up-front and says that he will show up the next day but doesn’t. He will often not respond to calls, texts, and emails. We never received delivery of the sink cabinet, accent tile, fixtures, or other items we had paid him in advance to purchase. Do not hire Elegant Kitchens and Baths unless you are prepared to take the risk that Joe will take your money and run.

It didn't. He never showed up to do the work I paid him to do. Absolutely unprofessional and should at least pay us back for the work he didn't do.

We never knew when they were coming for sure. Started late and finished early every day.  Work was fair to good when they worked but they never finished the job . I had to hire another tiler to finish .  This outfit is very unprofessional.

I provided the materials and he did the work. I think he did an excellent job. He was very professional and cleaned up well after the work was completed. He worked with another man and they were accurate and quick. I took his advice on changing one of the walls around and am so glad I did.
