Both renovations went very smoothly. Ed is extremely reliable, efficient and skillful. He has done other work on our home and we've always been very pleased.

Ed did a fabulous job! Aside from the electrical work and having help lifting and placing a beam, Ed completed all of the work himself. We've never had any issues with leaks, screens or woodwork. Everyone agrees that the screend porched adds great value to our home. We would highly recommend Ed to build screen porches.

Things were not done correctly on either door, particularly on the storage shed. The door was causing water to leak into the shed. We called him out a second time to look at it and discuss our problem with it. He looked at everything and said it was going to leak. When we first hired him, he said it wouldn't leak, so basically his work did not stay to his word.
