I was very impressed with Eastern. I received a call from Jody within an hour of submitting my request for quotes with Home Advisor. He explained every little detail to me regarding the assessment, the cost and what the report (and lab results if needed) would provide. My assessment was done just two days later, Jody was quick and thorough. I absolutely recommend Eastern Technical for your testing and assessment needs.

My wife and I had a sink leak, and were worried about potential water damage and mold growth. ETA was great to work with! I got an appt within a few days of contacting them, and I got a thorough inspection of the worrisome spots in the house. We will definitely be hiring them to do a whole home assessment in the future.

Jody was phenomenal to work with dthroughout he entire process. He was thorough in his explanation of what and how he would do the air samples, and then patiently explained the report results to me once available. Jody was also extremely prompt in responding.
