I had such a great experience with Dogwood Tech Help! My computer had gotten painfully slow, and I was starting to think it might be time to replace it. But the tech was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and she got it running like new again. She explained exactly what was wrong, and I really appreciated how quick and thorough she was. Also, I love that Dogwood Tech Help is woman owned. It?s so important to see that kind of representation in tech, and you can tell there's real care behind the service. I needed to get some home printers working. They were different brands purchased at different times with different types of setup instructions for each. I found the documentation provided with the printers very lackluster and incomplete for troubleshooting purposes. However, Paige had no difficulty in setting up each of the printers and troubleshooting through a variety of different issues. This was done very efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely hire Paige again.
