Doctor Sprinkler Irrigation Service

From point A to point B - everything was top of the line performance & professionalism. When I called in to schedule an appointment they got me in quickly and stayed in touch to keeping me well informed regarding my appointment. During my actual appointment, the technicians were extremely polite and knew what they were doing and knew it well! I would definitely hire them again! If you don't choose them to service your irrigation system, you're selling yourself short!

The service technician had all the parts needed on his truck and quickly fixed the broken valve. He checked our complete system and the programming and made sure everything was ready to go for the season. He did a great job resetting the heads to they were aimed better to the areas we needed to water. I will definitely be using them when we add to the system next year.

Very well. Needed some changes in the existing irrigation system due to new landscaping. Involved existing sprinkler heads, drip line and new drip line additions. Careful and detail inspection, tune up and recommendations for updating system.

While changing a rotor head a few weeks ago, I noticed that one of my sprinkler zones was leaking slightly. I figured I better have the professionals take a look. This is my first experience with Doctor Sprinkler. My former sprinkler tech company did not return calls this time, so I guess it's time to move on. Setting up the visit was relatively easy. They called today and asked if they could come earlier than the scheduled arrival time. This worked out for me, so we ended up meeting an hour early. The tech got right to work after asking the appropriate questions, and sure enough, a valve rebuild was required. Essentially, they replaced the top part of the valve (solenoid and bonnet). The work took about 30 minutes overall. The company is set up such that you pay for the first hour of time ($135) as a minimum charge, plus any parts. Apparently extra time is billed at $125/hour in smaller increments. Tech was very courteous and nice. I felt confident that he fully understood the issue and repair technique. I rated FAIR for pricing because I was charged $33 for a valve that is available online for < 50% of that price. I won't quibble too much here, but hard to rate that delta at anything better than 'FAIR'., particularly when the overall job was so quick. I'd use these guys again for a job that I am not totally comfortable with. In the end I probably could have done this one myself, but it was easy enough to leave it to someone who knew the details.

Very well. Frank arrived on time and was processional. He walked the site, identified areas of concern and provided an instant estimate. He replaced several sprinkler heads, installed one new section to fill coverage gap and adjusted coverage on all. Good work, fair price. What's not to like?

Very well. Frank was on time and extremely professional. He quickly identified a system leak, repaired it as well as "tuned up" additional sprinkler heads. He also inspected a drip irrigation line. I was extremely pleased with the service and reasonable cost.

Very well. Frank located all four valves including the malfunctioning one pretty quickly. He rebuilt the faulty valve, verified the success of the repair, and cycled all of the zones.

The guys were good. I wish they had explained how they work when I first made an appointment or when they first arrived. Basically they work for the first hour to evaluate and fix what they can and then they let you know the additional cost to fix anything else. The first hour is a standard service call price. They did a great job though.

I was really impressed. They were honest about the cost. Very helpful and just a good service.

I purchased a Hunter controller replacement with the idea of DIY, but then decided I needed professional help.  I called Dr. Sprinkler, they scheduled me within a couple days.  This was my first visit with Dr. Sprinkler. They sent out Frank and his assistant Juan.  they installed the Controller, connecting up the box and connecting the wires.  They fixed a leak and a sprinkler head, and located my "lost valves".  They were really very good, obviously knew what they were doing and had really great equipment to do the job.  After they found my valves they marked them with flags.  I was very impressed. I think the price was reasonable for the work completed.

Frank and team called before hand to say they were running early.  This was great for me since I had to take off work.  I met them at the house.  We spoke briefly and in detail about what I wanted done.  I was missing a backflow preventer, the system was last used a few years ago, and I know I had some broken heads.  I also wanted the spray patterns checked.   Within an hour and half I was back up and running.  They were very professional.  Worked quickly and efficiently.  They had everything they needed on the truck with no running back and forth to the shop or office for parts.  I was very impressed and very happy with the speed and quality of the repair.  I will used them again and I recommend them to others.
