Great customer service and workmanship. Very communicative with every step of the process. They were able to come to my home quickly to fix my refrigerator and charged me exactly what the estimate was.

DK Appliance was great. The only issue is that they ordered a part to fix my fridge and it took 4 days to find out that the part had been discontinued. I could have used those 4 days looking for a new fridge. If i have another fridge repair i would call them again.

Chris (technician) was knowledgeable, experienced, and quick. He diagnosed and resolved the primary problem with my refrigerator quickly. He also resolved 2 other issues with the refrigerator that were unexpected repairs. I am very happy with the repairs and my rejuvenated refrigerator. The issues to be repaired were an ice door that wouldn't shut and a slow drip from the water filter. By the time the tech left, the ice door was still not working, and we had to turn the water supply off to prevent a flood, because he had made it much worse. The service window was a half of a work day, and he wanted to come back out to finish the job. Unacceptable.

Owner, Kris, probably the only technician, was dishonest.

The technician diagnosed the broken ice-maker, ordered a new one and installed it in a week. He was on time at both appointments, worked quickly and efficiently. He also tested the new icemaker before leaving. Now I have ice cubes in my freezer for the first time since September. The price was also very reasonable, about half what Whirlpool has quoted. I was very happy with this company and their service and would strongly recommend them.

Chris our technician was very helpful and quick. Very satisfied with the service. Our 3 year old fride had a manufactures defect and he explained in detailed what was wrong and the process to get if fix. He even call back with extra information for me to do the claim trough the manufacture since its still under warranty. I would totally recommend them!

The technician, Chris, diagnosed the Dryer heating problem very quickly. A burned out heating coil. From entering he house to completing the job and leaving was no more than 20-25 mins. The cost was a pleasant surprise at the end of job too! Plus Chris is a soccer fan and supports my club, Chelsea, hahaha!!! :)

I was impressed with how quickly the technician diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately he had to order the part required, however, when he came back with the part the repair was made, then tested for accuracy, all within a few minutes. I am a software engineer, so I ask a lot of questions, the technician answered all of them without hesitation. I will definitely use DK again.
