We bought our new DJF home in 2005. By far this is the best quality built home we have lived in (our 3rd home). DJF was professional and accommodating.
We are now selling this home and needed to have one repair done on our inspection list. Please note, in almost 8 years of living here, we only had one repair to do for the buyers. We called DJF and they sent their contractors over to repair the issue.
We would recommend DJF to anyone who is building a new home or buying a resale home.

From a neighbor's viewpoint I would never recommend this contractor to be used. Moving into a new neighborhood should be a welcoming experience, but after angering neighbors for several blocks around this residence that use this street, I don't think the new owners will come into that environment. What a shame.
DO check to see how the contractor deals with neighborhood disruption before you hire him/her. It will matter to you, as the new owner, after the contractor has your money and is out of the picture.
