The sales staff was great to work with and helpful. This is the only positive I can say about this company. After we had the ottoman a little more than a year the seams started pulling apart. It now looks awful after only a few years and needs to be completely recovered. The couch cushions were not made correctly and have been sinking into the couch on the ends. The back cushions do not have enough filling and are also to a point where they are completely deformed. Very disappointed in the quality of the couch and the ottoman. They are definitely not worth the price and I feel like I have been sold a couple of lemons. Avoid this place. I have seen better quality out of Rooms to Go. $4000.00 for a couch and ottoman and this is what I am stuck with....agggh.

Needed to replace sofa and chairs in our playroom. Dexter personnel were
very informative on products, prices, and materials that fit our
family's lifestyle. They were never pushy. We have Dexter furniture in
our family room that is over 6 years old and it looks brand new...even
with 3 children that climb all over it all the time. Dexter has a wide
range of furniture styles and fabric choices.

Ottoman was put together very nicely, and is a great piece in my living room. The look is very unique, and custom to my home, because several fabrics were used in it's construction. It took about 4-6 weeks to complete the ottoman.
