We did hold back some money and asked to have the problems remedied.  No further contact has been made.  We are doing the repair  and rest of the work ourselves

BEWARE: Very nice and attentive up to the point of committment. Once we committed they were not near as responsive and even less once we paid them. The plants they provided were low quality compared to local nursuries. They attempted to sell us plants that should have been in smaller gallon containers, but came in higher gallon containers at higher prices. Landscape supervisor was afraid of his boss and his help. My wife had to stay and supervise for entire job as he focused more on the plans at the expense of common sense on plant location. The worst experience of all was after the job completion. We had one tree that was clearly planted too low and their failure to grade the area led to this tree sitting in standing water. We had the crew leader and owner, Susan, back to view this and they said add more water. The tree is now dead and she claims no responsibility. We had 2 other experts out and they agreed, too low and poor grading. We have worked to acquire another tree and Designscapes will not even provide the labor to swap out the trees. Again, once they get their money they are gone! We have a neighbor that unfortunately used them and they are having the same experience.

They got the job done within three days and they were very fast. The lady's name that owns the company is Susan Downing, and Dave is the guy that came out and did the actual work.
