The installation itself was fine, but when asked to wear a mask in MY house, the owner refused. He turned it into a political statement and began arguing with me. I told him that this was not at all political but that I worked in healthcare and this was important to me. He then began degrading my career in healthcare. I would NOT rehire this company. Mixing politics and business never work.

"I cannot speak for the installer, but as one of the owners I can comment on what you said. I was not there but I totally agree with what you say about politics and business. I told the owner you interacted with that this was just a door and he may have been upset that it was a panel as well. That being the case the cost to install should have been more. Regardless it was unprofessional and mishandled badly on our part. I wear a mask myself out of concern for the ones I come in contact with. The only time we should not be wearing a mask according to state regulations is during strenuous activity, or exercise. At times a mask does need to be removed if heavy breathing prohibits oxygen intake. I am truly sorry for the reaction from this owner and want to express that his views do not reflect the view of everyone here."

This is hands down the most poorly managed and organized company I've ever encountered. They did subcontract work installing a shower door. I did not get an invoice FOR ELEVEN months, to which I disputed because every other vendor had been paid in full at completion of the project and believed (as anyone should) that everything had been paid. After determining that they were in fact correct and just incredibly disorganized, I asked for a quote for another project at which time I would pay the balance. They refused to schedule time to give a quote, instead called me randomly trying to come without being scheduled, which did not work. I then started getting COLLECTION calls. I tried calling company ownership many times and never got a response. Clearly the owner takes a very hands off approach to the business side of things, and in turn has developed a bad reputation. I would look elsewhere for custom glass needs.

"This job was done through a trusted contractor that we have done work with for years. The invoice had his name on it, but was mailed to the correct address. I assumed the homeowner would not intentionally pay for work that had been done, but after all that occurred can say that was the case. Regardless, we initially called the contractor for payment before being notified that the homeowner was suppose to have mailed a check. We called and tried to collect payment for months and eventually stopped getting a response. Finally, as a last resort, we turned this account over to collections. Truth is I was told that this customer has not paid other contractors either. I want to note that we still have not been paid for this job. I hope the one who left this review has the courtesy to eventually pay since they have had no issue with the quality of work we did for them. I would take a review of someone complaining that they had to actually pay for work performed with a grain of salt. The other reviews listed here are a true indication of the work we do."

It went very well. There was a bit of a space and they came right back the next morning to fix the issue. The shower looks really nice and enhances the whole bathroom. It's worth it.
